What is Little Paw Prints?

Little Paw Prints is a shop for custom pet photo products — canvases, blankets, mugs, t-shirts, and more with your pet's portrait on them — and a small social network where pets are the members, each with their own profile, friends, and timeline.

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

You can browse and place a single-pet order as a guest. You need an account to add a pet profile, save multiple pets for one-click reorders, send friend requests, post, or earn treats.

How do I put my pet on a product?

Accepted Answer

Open your profile, tap 'Select pets to put on a product', choose 1–4 pets, then tap 'Continue to product'. You can also go directly to the Create page, upload a photo, pick a product, preview it, and check out.

Can I put more than one pet on the same item?

Currently each product features one pet. If you have multiple pets, place a separate order for each. Multi-pet collages are being explored for a future release.

What are treats?

Accepted Answer

Treats are Little Paw Prints' loyalty rewards currency. You earn them when you complete an order. Each treat is worth $0.25, and you can apply up to $5 off per order at checkout.

How many treats do I earn per order?

Treats are awarded based on your order total. The exact rate is shown at checkout and on your profile alongside your balance so you always know what an order will earn before you pay.

Where do you ship?

Little Paw Prints ships to a number of countries. The current list is shown in the country selector at checkout. Contact us if your country is not listed.

How long does shipping take?

Each product is custom-printed on demand and typically ships within a few business days, with total delivery depending on your location and carrier. You will get an email with tracking once your order ships.

What is your refund policy?

If something arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us with a photo and we will arrange a reprint or refund. Because products are custom-made for each order, we cannot accept general change-of-mind returns.
